Successful customer communication

Customer communication plays a decisive role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. It significantly influences how the company is perceived and is therefore an important factor for long-term success.
In a recent study, the rating and ranking agency ServiceValue, in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, examined the communication performance of companies.
In the “Household appliance manufacturers” category, the company ritter was recognized for its outstanding customer communication. As part of the “Customer Communication 2025” study, almost 128.000 consumer assessments of 1.145 companies from 70 sectors were included in the evaluation.
