Consumers attach great importance to sustainable practices and ethical behavior, and companies that are committed in these areas gain trust and reputation. The “Sustainable Commitment” study, conducted by ServiceValue in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, sheds light on precisely this topic and shows which companies stand out for their sustainable commitment.
In a recent study by ServiceValue in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, the sustainable commitment of companies was examined. Over 458.327 customer opinions on 1.516 providers in 86 sectors were analyzed. Particularly pleasing: ritter received the award “Sustainable commitment - rating: very strong”.
