Product information "Smooth Ham- and sausage circular blade for Hand-operated food slicer"
The smooth ham- and sausage circular blade with a diameter of 17 cm is made of stainless steel and is suitable for manual slicers in everyday use. The knife is particularly suitable for soft products such as ham, salami or cheese. This knife is not suitable for baked goods, especially bread.
The knife is supplied in a storage box.
When ordering, please pay close attention to the shape of the knife and the color of the cogwheel, as only the round knives intended for the manual slicer will fit. The shape of the old blade and the color of the old cogwheel must match the shape and color of the one ordered.
Please also check the drive wheel. If this is worn, we strongly recommend replacing it, as a worn drive wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear wheel.
